John P. Ferris (born 1932 or 1933) is a Canadian politician, who represented London South in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1975 to 1977 as a Liberal member. He was first elected in the general election in 1975 and sat as a member of the opposition. He was defeated in the 1977 general election by the PC candidate, Gordon Walker. Prior to serving as an MPP, Ferris had been Chair of the London District Public School Board and, on December 1, 1986, he was elected as the chair of the London Separate School Board.
